The entire logistics process in one hand
OPERATUS application is a multi-faceted platform for logistic cooperation between various participants of the process of handling of goods, that facilitates the management of data entered by individual users. OPERATUS is a powerful, multi-module system. Some of the modules are designed as a general rule for all users (eg communication module, data bus ...), while others are specific to particular types of users and their roles in the system.
RTE (Real Time Enterprise) - entity using OPERATUS system acts as a company RTE (Real Time Enterprise), what means that any logged in user can in real time (on-line), to the extent of his rights in the system, watch the action of the other ones. If, for example a Supplier, delivering the goods to a Terminal, notifies a Delivery / Vehicle in the system, at the same time all other participants who have the access to this particular Delivery, (eg. recipient, warehouse, terminal, transport company, freight forwarder …) can see this vehicle / delivery in the system and its current status.
OPERATUS was created as a system to assist entities involved in trade of goods, including port and maritime trade. Apart from different modules offered to individual market participants, the system offers so called ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) which is a sophisticated software serving for communication / cooperation / exchange of data between different systems. OPERATUS ambition is to ensure communication between all types of parties – participant of the trade, that will ensure that the data are entered into the system only once, at the source of their creation and further are available to all users who have the appropriate permissions. In this way, any information / data package once introduced by one user are immediately available (in a real-time) for all other operators / users, with the possibility of further processing within their own systems.
OPERATUS provides the possibility of automatic notification (via e-mail or SMS) for the individual users about the changes taking place in the system, about the objects to which they have access. In the structure of the system OPERATUS for most objects of 'event' type (eg. Supply, contract ...) provides the ability create statuses. Users can receive notifications about selected types of these statuses of indicated objects, to which they have access.
enables constant monitoring (in real time) of each mode of transport and their status, i.e. the stages of transport and / or service in place of loading / unloading. At the individual statuses (stages), the system can send a notification to interested market participants. Related are the following dictionaries:

Warehouse management module
allows users of the system, in terms of their rights, the transparent access to warehouses and their sub-areas, and stored in them lots, considering distribution among storage lots, goods etc. The system records the output and input operations, reclassification and relocation (and any other scheduled by the user) and makes current balance of individual batches of stored goods, in terms of their quantity and (if relevant data are entered) quality. For individual storage units (terminal, warehouse, lot, storage space ...) the system shows the present balance, taking into account also the consignments that are in the process of delivery (notificated, waiting to be loaded / unloaded...).

The results of the qualitative and quantitative supervision are essential to other participants in the trading of goods to make proper decisions on their goods. The module allows inspection bodies and laboratories to introduce the results of their inspection and analysis and make them available in a real time to their customers and other counterparties with the appropriate level of access. The module has a number of functionalities to facilitate the work of the controller and the laboratory.
